Unless this is a philosophical question about whether a hypothetical Inter Milan exit from the UCL should be attributed to themselves rather than to AC milan, I think you might have meant to include AC in the question...?

@BenjiHorwell I got crossed up between writing Inter vs Milan and thinking that may be too confusing and then just made it worse
