Which supermarket in the UK makes a hopeless blunder with one of our Deliveroo orders. If it happens to you (from now onwards) provide screenshots of the app where the mistake and date when it happened are visible, with enough detail to verify that one of the blunders happened. First confirmation resolves to true, all others resolve to false. Valid blunders are:

• Item is removed when "substitute if unavailable" was selected, this includes substantially wrong items, such as bread when Mellon was ordered.

• Item more than an hour late after the estimated time at "… is packing your order" stage starts.

Tesco's blunder of not being available on Deliveroo and having a dedicated app that's even more hopeless doesn't count.

I shall not resolve it myself with it happening to me until at least December.

I'm still amazed at this run of competence by them, especially Sainsbury.

If this gets no traction or feedback as to who (they've actually been reliable for me lately) then it may need to be resolved N/A.

@AlanTennant Can you still add the option "none before market close" or did you deactivate adding options for everyone? That would be a safety measure to avoid N/A in the future.

lol, reserved for later is just there because I mistakenly added one that it turns out is not on Deliveroo and it seems I cannot remove an option.
