Will I feel comfortable dancing in a week from now despite having lost a toenail?

My entire big toenail got ripped off while dancing one week ago today. Will I be healed enough in one week from today (by June 11th) that I feel like I can dance at least 90% of the ease I normally dance?
My current healing stage is, the toenail is still hanging on by the bottom, like a hinge. I've managed to cut off half of it. The exposed skin is very sensitive but doesnt exactly hurt, feels like rubbing your clit when your not horny. Most of it is still bright red.
Jun 4, 5:21pm: To clarify, there is still some mild pain and discomfort occasionally through the whole toe, usually after I've walked on it for a while
Jun 7, 7:44pm: I can currently walk fully normally, no pain. Haven't tried to do any unusual moves yet like running around on my toes or doing pirouettes or whatever.
