@JonahWeissman Yeah, we stopped for ~9 months in 2020-2021. For more context: production rates have been declining for years. The workface had been made up entirely of members of the intentional community Twin Oaks Community and has thus depended on the interest level of those living at Twin Oaks, which has been declining. This year, seeing that we just didn't have the workers to keep it running, we switched to running the business as a cooperative including both members living at Twin Oaks Community as well as other workers from our local area. This question is meant to be a proxy for "Will Twin Oaks Tofu still be around in a year?"
