The U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem issued a level 4 "Do Not Travel" travel advisory for all of Israel. The question is when will that travel advisory be lowered or eliminated?

The travel advisory in question is the one that applies to all of Israel without qualification as pictured below.

This is the only travel advisory in question. Accordingly, as long as this travel advisory remains up on the state department website, the travel advisory will not be considered removed. This includes of other parts of Israel have different travel advisories as long as this advisory remains up on the website this market won't resolve. Once this is taken down the market will resolve.
