Background:There seems to be a Russian counter-offensive underway in Kursk oblast. Will it be succesful in reaching the city of Sudzha in a month?

Will resolve based on the institute for the study of war maps (https://www.understandingwar.org/backgrounder/ukraine-conflict-updates). Resolves YES immediately if any part of Sudzha Town is marked as "Assesed Russian advances" or "Assesed Russian control" on any of the ISW maps assesing the situation up to Oct 15th. If ISW chooses to use somewhat different labels to asses the extent of Russian counteroffensives in Russia (as opposed to Russia's activity in Ukraine), this question will use those new terms. Otherwise resolves NO.
