At the end of 2023, this market resolves to the resolution state of the linked ("primary ") market at that time.

Essentially, this market should be equivalent to the primary, except that it won't close until the end of the year. While they're both open you can arb them, and once the primary closes you can use this market for all your predicting/hedging/etc. needs.

If the primary market resolves YES earlier than end of 2023, I'll resolve this market YES early too.
