@Chimpy No, it's asking whether he will still be manager a month after the final of the World Cup. The final was only 10 days ago.

Kind of awkward question though, since his contract ran out at the end of the World Cup. I think officially the team has no manager, which is fine as there's been nothing to manage. Surprisingly, it looks like he's now expected to re-sign for another 4 year cycle. What if he hasn't signed by August 19th?
