@Joshua This "the debate will be cancelled" question gets resolved as YES. This market remains open and is repurposed for the next scheduled primary debate. If that one is cancelled as well, the rest of the questions get N/A'ed as the event simply didn't happen.

@Joshua In that event, although it is not a debate, the "event" is still happening as scheduled and the questions would need to all resolve YES or NO.
