Resolution criteria

This market will resolve to the driver who is officially declared the winner of the 2026 TAG Heuer Gran Premio de España (Spanish Grand Prix) at Madrid, scheduled to take place on September 13, 2026.

  • Source of Truth: Resolution will be determined using the official classification published by the FIA on the official Formula 1 results website or via the FIA Document Gateway.

  • Post-Race Penalties: The market will resolve based on the final classification after any immediate post-race investigations and penalties applied by the stewards during the race weekend. Subsequent appeals or judicial decisions made after the race weekend has concluded will not be considered.

  • Postponement/Cancellation: If the race is postponed, the market will remain open and resolve when the race is completed, provided it takes place before December 31, 2026. If the race is permanently cancelled or does not produce an official classified winner, this market will resolve as N/A.

Background

The 2026 Spanish Grand Prix marks a historic transition for Formula 1 as the event moves to a brand-new, semi-permanent street circuit in Madrid. Located around the IFEMA exhibition center, the 5.47 km (3.365-mile) "Madring" circuit features 22 corners, including a highly anticipated banked turn named "La Monumental".

Heading into the Madrid race weekend, rookie Kimi Antonelli (Mercedes) leads the World Drivers' Championship following a standout performance at Monza, with close competition expected from rivals at McLaren, Ferrari, and Red Bull.

*Note that this style of betting market will contain the top 7 drivers in the WDC championship standings before the start of the Grand Prix.
