Resolution criteria

This market will resolve to Yes if the closing/opening price of WTI Crude Oil reaches or exceeds $108 USD per barrel at any point during standard trading hours on any day from May 11, 2026, through May 31, 2026 UTC. If the price does not reach $108.00 at any time during this period, the market will resolve to "No".

The official source for resolution will be the open/close data provided by MarketWatch. Spikes that rebound before close/open (if in after-hours trading) do NOT count.
