1. Gemini Earn allows customers to withdraw >50% of the value of their original position, on average (TBD via reports of assets, liabilities, and total amount transfered, in addition to other data)

2. Gemini honors the withdrawal requests in a timely manner before EOY 2023

Resolves false if the above conditions are not met, including if a recovery deal is not finalized before EOY 2023. Resolves N/A if conclusion is plausible but cannot be certified with public data by EOY 2024, including if the status is not known on a date on or before EOY 2023.
