Success if there is confirmation from Ayla that they receive a computer from the framework company (not a charitable bystander), failure if we receive confirmation that they do not after some sufficiently reasonable length of time (initial feeling: 6 months?) or if they refuse to confirm that they did receive a laptop from the framework company
