I have a Pebble Time 2. In a blog post, it was mentioned that:

There is an SPO2 sensor onboard, but it’s not used by the algorithm yet.

This market resolves to the date (UTC) when I personally get to see SPO2 data on my Pebble Time 2 or the companion app.
