This market resolves YES if Egosoft publicly releases X5, meaning a new standalone mainline successor to X4: Foundations, before 00:00 CEST on August 4, 2036.

A release through paid or free public early access counts. Announcements, trailers, preorders, closed tests, leaks, expansions, DLC, remasters, and updates to an existing X game do not count.

If the successor is released under a title other than “X5,” it will count only if Egosoft officially identifies it as the next mainline entry succeeding X4: Foundations.

Otherwise, this market resolves NO at 00:00 CEST on August 4, 2036.

Primary resolution sources will be official Egosoft announcements and store pages. Reputable reporting may be used if official sources are unavailable or unclear.
