• Resolves YES if, by market close, reputable outlets report that Ko Wen‑je has posted the NT$70,000,000 bail set by the Taipei District Court.

• Resolves No otherwise.

Background

• On Dec 27, 2024, a court first set Ko’s bail at NT$30m; the High Court soon revoked and the District Court raised it to NT$70m with electronic monitoring. In early Jan 2025, the court re-ordered detention.

• On Sep 5, 2025, the Taipei District Court again ordered NT$70m bail and electronic monitoring; Ko indicated he needed to “think further” and had not yet posted as of that day, while co-defendant Angela Ying posted bail.

-若收盤時，有信譽良好的媒體報道柯文哲已繳納台北地方法院7000萬新台幣的保釋金，則判定為“是”。

背景

-2024年12月27日，法院最初將柯文哲的保釋金定為3000萬新台幣；高等法院很快撤銷了該判決，地方法院將其提高至7000萬新台幣，並實施電子監控。 2025年1月初，法院再次下令拘留。

-2025年9月5日，台北地方法院再次下令柯文哲繳納7000萬新台幣的保釋金並實施電子監控；柯文哲表示他需要“進一步考慮”，截至當天尚未繳納保釋金，而同案被告應安琪已繳納保釋金。
