My apologies for resolving it too early.. the result was an England win and apologies for the administrative issue

predictedNO

@Inno2Harare no worries, I've had issues previously. Learnt a lot from my first few questions. Hope you enjoyed the game

predictedNO

Hmm this one is ongoing right?

predictedNO

@JulianLees it was resolved early?

predictedNO

@JoshuaWilkes yea just as the second half began. Do questions ever automatically resolve at the closing time or do they just close to new bets?

At least the result is right I guess

predictedNO

@JulianLees nope, so far as I know there is no way for questions to automatically resolve.

This user has already resolved another question prematurely (and not responded to questions about it)

@JoshuaWilkes oh right... @Inno2Harare perhaps a good one to learn from. Would like to participate on your questions in future but important to be fair in their resolution

predictedYES

@JulianLees Thank you . Definitely a learning experience. I was actually watching the game and I enjoyed the second half

@Inno2Harare I had a question close at midnight NZT for the women's FIFA World cup and it prevented people betting as a match pushed into extra time...

Learned that it's best to set closing times well after a match and resolve sharply after the result concludes. With rugby there's more margin for error cause there's less people interested but with the women's football there was near constant interest in buying/selling.

You will also get really fascinating probability swings in your graphs so don't miss out on that.
