Autogynephilia is a sexual attraction to being female. Phil Illy wrote a book about autogynephilia, and intends to run a campaign to popularize the concept. He has also created a community on twitter for it.

I am wondering how successful his campaign will be.

Resolution criterion

If Phil Illy's sexology communities get deleted, abandoned (no activity), or similar, this resolves to 1.

If Phil Illy's sexology community gets superceded by some other new sexology community that he makes or runs, this question resolves to the number of members in that community.

But the primary criterion is: If Phil Illy's sexology community persists, this question resolves to the number of members in his community.
