Richard Golden was arrested for saying some death threats about sheriff Mike Chitwood on 4chan's /pol/ board. Chitwood said Golden's bail would be set at $100,000. He is being charged with making written threats to kill or injure, which carries a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
