Resolution Criteria

• Resolves YES if Trump uses the specific term 'Newscumland' to refer to California in any public forum, including but not limited to: speeches, interviews, social media posts on Truth Social or other platforms, campaign rallies, press conferences, or official statements before September 30, 2025.

• Resolves NO if no such statement is made by September 30, 2025.

• The statement must be verifiable through reliable media sources, video/audio recordings, or official transcripts.
