On November 5, 2024, San Francisco will hold a mayoral election. This market resolves to YES if Aaron Peskin (current San Francisco District 3 Supervisor) is elected as Mayor.

If Aaron Peskin does not appear on the ballot, this market will resolve to NO. If Peskin is ineligible for office (due to death or changing residence, for example) but is still on the ballot and is elected, this market will resolve to YES.

Every effort will be made to resolve this market consistently with the resolutions of the following sweepcash markets:
