I haven't finished a book for several years. Armed with a new ereader and a membership to my local public library, I want to start reading again. So will I start and finish reading a book in July?

I would love to hear your recommendations. I'm interested in non-fiction, science-fiction, contemporary and classic literature. However, I have already chosen a book for July, namely "Underground: The Tokyo Gas Attack and the Japanese Psyche", by Haruki Murakami.

I will not bet on this market.
