Digital enslavement ends next week (within my bedroom)! This is an experimental commitment device market about completely avoiding mobile devices in my bedroom, with no tolerated usage whatsoever.

1. Timeframe

   2026-04-06 to 2026-04-12.

2. Prohibited devices

• Mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, and laptops) must stay outside of my bedroom.

• Accidentally bringing mobile devices into the bedroom does not trigger an NO resolution, provided I do not use the device there.

3. Resolution Criteria

• YES if I dont use a mobile device in my bedroom, within the timeframe.

• NO if I use a mobile device in my bedroom, within the timeframe.
