Recently, MrBeast got into some heat for a few things, including the content in this vid and this vid

Legal offenses can be divided into three main categories under the North Carolina justice system: infractions, misdemeanors, and felonies. Infractions are non-criminal (will NOT resolve YES with non-criminal infraction alone), or petty offenses, while misdemeanors and felonies are the two main types of criminal offenses.

If MrBeast (Jimmy Donaldson) is charged and convicted, found guilty, for any crime (misdemeanor or felony or criminal infraction) by any state in the US, before the end of 2026, then this market resolves YES.

Otherwise this market will resolve NO on Dec 31st, 2026.

also, if he’s mid trial during the deadline with no criminal conviction yet this will resolve NO even if he gets convicted in that particular trial after the deadline (which will be 11:59pm ET)

Seems to me in my biased opinion that unless he does something real bad it'd likely just be some kind of fine from govt agency.

Made this into sweepstakes!

new civil case:

“MrBeast is accused of creating “unsafe” employment conditions, including sexual harassment, and misrepresenting contestants’ odds”

~

Potential crimes to be discovered during lawsuit:

Misrepresentation and Fraud: If it’s proven that contestants were deliberately misled about their odds of winning the $5 million grand prize, this could be considered fraudulent misrepresentation. Fraud is a criminal offense and could lead to charges if there is evidence of intentional deception for personal or financial gain.

Violation of Labor Laws: Failing to provide minimum wages, overtime pay, meal breaks, and rest periods are violations of labor laws. While these are often handled as civil matters resulting in fines or restitution, egregious or willful violations can sometimes lead to criminal charges, especially if they involve systemic exploitation or abuse.

Unsafe Working Conditions: Creating unsafe employment conditions may violate occupational safety and health regulations. In cases where negligence leads to serious injury or risk, criminal charges can be pursued.

Whether Jimmy Donaldson could be held criminally liable depends on several factors:

• Evidence: There must be sufficient evidence to prove that criminal actions occurred and that he was responsible.

• Intent: Criminal charges often require proof of intent or willful negligence.

• Prosecution Discretion: It is up to law enforcement and prosecutors to decide whether to pursue criminal charges based on the evidence presented.

• Jurisdictional Laws: The specific laws of the state or country where the alleged actions took place will influence the possibility of criminal charges.

Not a lawyer but this question seems like a high bar. I haven’t watched the videos in their entirety but seems to me that running your sweepstakes wrong, stiffing some winners, faking some videos or employing an alleged sex pest even if all true would bad news more for the company, not the CEO personally. Of course the corporate veil can be pierced sometimes but it's a hurdle.

bought Ṁ100 NO from 26% to 24%

yeah you’re right but the crime doesn’t have to be related to any of the current controversy, YES could be any conviction for a criminal offense of jimmy.

The women accused of sexual harassment was “cleared” as her accuser backed off the claims.
