Resolution criteria

• Resolves YES if SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (ticker: SPY, NYSE Arca) records a regular-hours intraday high ≥ 680.00 at any time from market open on creation through 4:00 p.m. ET on December 31, 2025, as shown in the “High” column on a public daily price source (primary: Yahoo Finance Historical Data; backup: Barchart Historical Data). If the primary source is unavailable or clearly erroneous, use the backup. After-hours prints do not count. Clearly busted/canceled trades are ignored. If a split occurs before the deadline, the 680 threshold is adjusted by the split ratio. (barchart.com)

• If SPY never reaches 680.00 during regular hours by 4:00 p.m. ET on December 31, 2025, resolves NO.
