Resolves YES if Joe Manchin wins the West Virginia Senate election in November 2024, and NO otherwise. In particular, if Joe Manchin does not run for reelection, this market will resolve NO (after the relevant filing deadline has passed).
This market applies only to the seat currently held by Joe Manchin and not any other Senate seat.
