Venice, the amount of history and complete lack of vehicle traffic are amazing

If you're in the US, the Valley of Fire in Nevada is one of the coolest places I've been. You can climb and explore anywhere, and it goes on as far as you can see. It's beautiful.

Truckee California (more of a town, but it's a good one)

The favourite city in Europe I’ve visited was Amsterdam. Exploring its beautiful canals by renting bicycles was a highlight. The Science museum is a great recommendation for families, and the Dutch countryside with windmills was quite picturesque. They have great Indonesian food there as well.
