As of the start of this question, Crowdstrike does not yet support Ubuntu 24.04 (Noble); this can be checked at https://www.crowdstrike.com/products/faq/ under "What Linux versions does the Falcon agent support".
Ordinarily we would expect Crowdstrike to support an Ubuntu LTS release some time during the year of its release (e.g. 22.04 support was added in mid-June of 2022).
However this year Crowdstrike has suffered some distractions, so it might be running a bit late, or indeed it might fail entirely.
Resolution will be based on officially announced support on its website (not just its "early adopter" vendor channel), for any configuration or supported kernel version of Ubuntu 24.04.
Possible clarification from creator (AI generated): The market will resolve based on public release only. Pre-release or early access versions shipped to customers do not count for resolution.
Update 2025-01-01 (PST): - Resolution Criteria:
No public release before the end date. Resolves to "not in 2024". (AI summary of creator comment)

I have received inside information that Crowdstrike verbally promised this to a customer for October 15.
As October 15 is in the past and this hasn't happened, I offer up this unclear datapoint for the consideration of the market; I could see it arguing for either a short time frame (missed it by that much!) or a long one (they still cannot be relied on).
