I own my favorite skirt in size Small and size X-Small. The S one is a little big and falls down if I put things in the pockets, but the XS one is uncomfortably tight. I am participating in the SMTM potassium supplementation experiment and plan to follow their published protocol. At the end of 30 days, will I find the XS skirt more comfortable than the S skirt?
I’ve had to stop taking potassium because I was inexplicably exhausted and cranky. I’m not sure it was the cause, but making myself and everyone around me miserable isn’t worth it for for Science. I intend to continue tracking everything else for SMTM, though.
Should I resolve this N/A on the grounds that I stopped taking potassium or should I resolve it based on skirt comfort at the end of 30 days since “keep logging even if you stop taking potassium” is part of their instructions?
@JoyVoid Potatoes have a high level of Potassium. You've got to check your blood make sure that isn't one of the issues. I'm a little worried about it.
@njmkw I'd personally vote for resolving n/a, while technically you still "participated" and followed the protocol, I expect most people were evaluating based on the assumption you'd successfully complete the full 30 days.
@JoyVoid I'd like for y'all to have a frank discussion regarding potatoes and potassium.
@Predictor I can get tested if you'd like. Would you accept a challenge for it? I am quite sure my potassium level will be normal or high (though i do have some symptoms of potassium deficiency) , both because it doesn't square with my experience and because I am starting to have a quite probant hypothesis.
