I love how the odds in this market keep getting better every day and I can keep buying NO, even though the daily charts have looked horrible for months.

Seems too easy. Of course it will.

I've made so much mana by just continually betting NO on every single "BTC above X" market.

@SteveSokolowski I’ve lost mana to every bitcoin market, but I don’t care because bitcoin is important and mana isn’t

predicted NO

@mistersplice I used to think that too, and then I lost $7 million to the scam companies involved with BTC.

72% of the public has a negative opinion of cryptocurrencies. The industry is headed towards niche applications and criminal activity, and the current price is way above what is reasonable for that.

predicted YES

@SteveSokolowski bitcoin and “cryptocurrency” are two completely separate ideas

99% of people do not understand bitcoin or how it will benefit humanity, and the current price has remained below what is reasonable for that.

predicted NO

@mistersplice And that may be true - but things are as they are.

There are more than two million other victims of FTX and its associated scams. I know that I, for one, will never again own any bitcoins - after losing hundreds of bitcoins, I sold the last coins I owned - some Monero - last week. There is no circumstance that can change my mind, unless by law I'm someday mandated to use bitcoin.

If it were possible to survey other victims of the scam, I would wager that less than 1% of those affected would ever want anything to do with any cryptocurrency again. Whether that makes logical sense or not, it is what has happened, and people who thought that BTC had a bright future need to deal with what the scammers did.

predicted YES

@SteveSokolowski In the grand scheme of things, the scam of the dollar is worse than the scam of FTX

predicted NO

@mistersplice Whether true or not, I've never lost 7 million dollars, I only lost 202 bitcoins (and a lot of other coins.) And that's enough for me to conclude which currency I'll be using from now on.

predicted YES

@SteveSokolowski well, it’s unfortunate that a scammer has influenced you to reject the only hope the world has to avoid technocratic dystopia and embrace the system that continues to subjugate millions across the globe

predicted NO

@mistersplice Not one scammer - three independent scam companies - including the CEO of a billion dollar company who committed a crime to my face in a video call.

One might be a coincidence, but not three. We're in the process of shifting our trading strategies from btc to the stock markets and last week alone moved over $250,000. I'm finished with all of that; BTC is not my problem anymore.
