Resolution criteria

The second ODI between India and New Zealand will be played at the Niranjan Shah Stadium in Rajkot on Wednesday, January 15, 2026. This market resolves YES if Virat Kohli scores 100 or more runs in that match. A century is defined as reaching exactly 100 runs or more in a single innings. Resolution will be verified via ESPNcricinfo or BCCI.tv.

Background

In the first ODI on January 11, Kohli fell agonisingly short of his 54th ODI hundred, scoring 93 featuring eight boundaries and a six. With scores of 74*, 135, 102 and 65* in his last four ODIs, Kohli seemed to be telling the world he was no longer willing to be dismissed unless he had reached three figures, and this sequence seemed to be stretching into the new year. Kohli has made 84 centuries in international cricket—30 in Test cricket, 53 in One Day Internationals (ODIs) and 1 in Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is).
