If the Iranian ship M/V Behshad, which has been speculated to be providing targeting data to the Houthi terrorist group, is attacked within 30 days of this market being created, this market will resolve YES. If not, it will resolve NO.

It does not matter who attacks the ship. An attack is defined by an offensive or defensive action against the ship that is intended to cause damage to the ship. A missile strike that narrowly misses the ship would count. A missile strike that hits a ship that is supporting the Behshad wouldn't count.
