This market will resolve YES if Jimmy Carter votes in person (including early in person voting) at a voting station in Georgia. Personally dropping off a ballot at a ballot drop box in person would also count. This market will resolve NO if on November 6th, there is no evidence Jimmy Carter voted in person. This market can also resolve NO early if it's publically reported that he mailed in his ballot, or died without voting.
Pictures or videos, or credible news sources, will be sufficient to resolve this market as YES.

Former President Jimmy Carter's grandson told the Atlanta Journal Constitution (ACJ) two months ago that his grandpa wanted to live long enough to cast a vote for Kamala Harris.
At the time, the former president was aged 99.
Carter voted for Harris on Tuesday in his home state of Georgia, on the first day of early voting. He turned 100 on 1 October.
His grandson Jason Carter told the ACJ that the former president wanted to vote for Harris because she is "more alert and interested in politics and the war in Gaza".
