Will Keltham be stably outside the Forbiddance he's currently in at the time https://glowfic.com/posts/5694 in marked as complete? If he's outside it but just temporarily (e.g.: to use a Summon Monster or similar) this resolves as NO. I will resolve the market as soon as I know the answer. If the project relocates and he's inside a different Forbiddance, this resolves as YES Feb 23, 8:35am: If it's unclear whether he is stably outside or not, I may wait for more posts in the continuity. If the continuity goes on hiatus, or if the market reaches its close date and there is no definitive information the market resolves as N/A.
