For 200 days, I have been writing a weekly german newsletter about prediction markets. Now I'm starting an english edition. Currently, it inherited the 33 subscribers of the german one but the english community is much larger.
Resolves YES if there are at least 100 subscribers on November 1.
Resolves NO if there are fewer than 100 subscribers.
