This market resolves NO if:

• The mention is too ambiguous to determine the intended meaning.

• The mention occurs outside the specified time window.

Resolution will be based on verifiable recordings, transcripts, or firsthand accounts from individuals present during the timeframe. If evidence is ambiguous, the market will resolve NO.
