The hackathon has to be:

• organized in one of the top 10 cities by population,

• open for anyone to join (with potential selection by the organizers),

• last more than 5h,

• have 5 or more participants.

It can be hybrid but there has to be at least one coworking space shared by 2 or more participants for the purpose of this hackathon.
