If Thinking Machines does not exist in January 1st 2026:

• And a clear successor organization exists:

  • If Mira Marati occupies a unique (within this successor organization) office of roughly equivalent executive power, this resolves as YES.

• Otherwise, this resolves as NO.

If Thinking Machines still exists in January 1st 2026, but has no CEO:

• If Mira Murati occupies a unique (within Thinking Machines) office of roughly equivalent executive power, this resolves as YES.

• Otherwise, this resolves as NO.

This market will not resolve until January 1st 2026.

• As it is possible that Mira Murati ceases to be the CEO of Thinking Machines, and then returns before that date.
