Resolution Criteria

This market resolves YES if Netflix experiences a significant service outage or crash during the livestream of "BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE | ARIRANG" on March 21, 2026 (8:00 PM KST / 4:00 AM PST / 7:00 AM EST). A "crash" is defined as Netflix becoming inaccessible to a substantial portion of users attempting to watch the event, lasting at least 5 minutes, as reported by major news outlets, Netflix's official status page, or verified reports from multiple independent sources like Downdetector. The market resolves NO if the livestream completes without such an outage, or if any technical issues are isolated to specific regions and do not prevent the majority of global viewers from accessing the stream.
