This market resolves according to my subjective judgment to the status of Zelink as a ship in the next main-series Zelda game, excluding remakes.
Canon: The game's Link and Zelda are explicitly stated to be a romantic couple by the narrative (e.g. through a kiss), by each other (more likely only Zelda, unless Link speaks all of a sudden), by various NPCs, by the game's developers, or by official Nintendo sources (e.g. their Youtube channel or other social media accounts.)
Heavily hinted at: The game's Link and Zelda are not explicitly stated to be a romantic couple, but there are signs that they have feelings for each other or might already be dating - e.g. sharing a bed, spending all their free time together, gushing about each other to friends and relatives.
Lightly hinted at: The game's Link and Zelda are not explicitly stated to be a romantic couple, and evidence that they are is subtle enough to allow significant room for interpretation - but the evidence does, as a whole, suggest that the two of them have feelings for each other. This could include lingering glances, nervous hand-holding, teasing from other NPCs, etc.
Ambiguous: It's really not clear in either direction, either from a lack of evidence or from mixed evidence. If no one on either side can make much of a convincing argument that the ship is or isn't canon, then this is the most likely resolution.
Unlikely: It's not explicitly sunk, and Zelda and Link might have feelings for each other, but there's reason to believe that they probably don't. This could include Link or Zelda having obvious crushes on other characters, other NPCs commenting on Link and Zelda probably not working as a couple, etc.
Sunk: Zelda and Link canonically do not have feelings for one another, and something makes a relationship between them either impossible or gross/problematic - e.g. Zelda and/or Link being explicitly aromantic, one of the two being much older than the other, the two of them being closely related, etc.
For reference, I would have resolved a similar market about pre-DLC BOTW as "Ambiguous" and a similar market about (pre-DLC?) TOTK as "Heavily hinted at" (I personally see it as canon, but it doesn't meet my standards for a "Canon" resolution.) Some lines from Kass in the Champion's Ballad DLC would have pushed me towards "Lightly hinted at" for BOTW, but this market will resolve before DLC for the next main-series Zelda game is announced.
While I am fairly biased - I like Zelink as a concept most of the time, though it depends based on the specific incarnations of Link and Zelda involved - I also promise to resolve this market fairly and reasonably. Once the market has resolved, I will provide my argument for why I resolved it the way I did in the comments - this will include any textual or subtextual evidence I used to come to whatever conclusion I did. Since this market is extremely subjective, I won't be betting on it.
This market has a preliminary closing date of December 31, 2029, but it will later be set to one week prior to the release date of the next main-series Zelda game (primarily to avoid leaks.)
