What do you mean by "yes"? Hryvnia is national currency -- chances to switch national currency is about 0% at all.
Bitcoin also will not be recognized as currency, because it is already recognized as a digital asset by law.
So, what is this question about?
@SergiiNechuiviter I guess we'd need to go much deeper to define it precisely, but followin Salvador's case. If taxes could be paid in BTC or businesses could do their accounting in BTC and merchants accepting its payments on par with hryvnia - it would resolve to YES

yes, you could have an account in Bitcoin (or any other digital asset)
no, payments are allowed only in hryvnia for internal purchases
no, taxes can be paid only in hryvnia
