This market will resolve to YES, if by the end of 2023, at least one of these platforms will delete the majority of Kanye West's music, so it's no longer available to stream or download.
Kanye West's discography includes all of his full-length studio albums, which include The College Dropout, Late Registration, Graduation, 808s & Heartbreak, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, Yeezus, The Life of Pablo, Ye, Jesus is King, and Donda/Donda (Deluxe).
This market does not consider the availability of albums which feature Kanye or those on which he has collaborated on.

I think the situation here is unprecedented, but I'm skeptical of this happening. No instances in the past of an artist having their discography removed, especially when a majority of his catalog is still owned by Def Jam. The fact that Kanye is so massive might make deplatforming more probable as one could plausibly argue that removing his music might lower his reach, but Kanye's size also means there is a noticeable monetary disincentive for the platforms to pull his music. Of course I don't think we've ever seen an artist this big explicitly endorse Hitler, but I can't imagine seeing a major effort to get his music removed from streaming which is what it would probably take.
