I would be surprised if it hits 40k ever again. It will just trade in 20-40k for the next 3 years then capitalism will collapse.

@MarcusAbramovitch It already is past 25k, what do you mean? I would give bitcoin a 50% chance of ever hitting 45k again based on its daily standard deviation over three years.

@MarcusAbramovitch those odds aren't good enough for me at 1:1 odds, I think 45k is the max it would go. Two years is also a long time. Hitting 45k in six months, definitely I would bet against.
