I recently bought my 10,000th NO share in the market linked in the title. It is my biggest stake in any market so far. Additionally, I presented multiple proofs of why the answer is NO.

Criteria:

If the Sleeping Beauty market resolves NO, this market resolves YES.

If the Sleeping Beauty market resolves to anything other than NO (e.g. YES, N/A, or any partial resolution), this market resolves NO.

Otherwise, this market stays open indefinitely.

Considerations:

Even though I am sure the linked market will never resolve YES, I will admit that I am not sure it will resolve NO.
