This should resolve YES. I can't resolve it due to problems with the google account associated with @giojoai

"I finished reading Chapter 21 but I skipped Chapter 19. Have to finish reading all 22 chapters (Appendixes are excluded) to count as YES."

The book has 20 Chapters.
