This market resolves to YES if I become an employee of Siemens Armenia (i.e., I sign an employment contract and officially start work).

I have received a job offer from Siemens Armenia, contingent on passing internal background and compliance checks.

In Armenia, I am required to undergo a mandatory military medical examination this year, which may result either in being cleared for service or in receiving a multi-year deferment.

Based on the hiring process so far, it appears that Siemens prefers candidates who already have a multi-year military deferment, and my upcoming medical examination could affect the final decision.

The market resolves to NO if the offer is withdrawn, the hiring process is canceled, or I do not start working at Siemens Armenia for any reason.
