for context:

we moved into the house 5 weeks ago.

weeks 1-4: cats were terrified of each other. had to install a gate to keep them separate so my cat (baby) wouldn’t chase/bully charlie’s cats (george and carlos).

week 5: cats becoming braver and more established in their new home and respective bedrooms. removed the kitty gate after some peaceful encounters. there is still some fear and hissing but there have been peaceful moments with all 3 cats in the same room.

today: found baby snoozing on the same bed as carlos, george snoozing in a nearby chair. there was hissing earlier this morning though.
