I interpret the question precisely: references to her existence by a different character don't count, and if for some reason a tag with her character is used but doesn't actually feature her, that still counts. Deleted tags don't count. In cases of ambiguity I'll accept WOG from any of the main authors.
To avoid spoilers, I'll wait a few days before resolving this market if she appears. This market resolves no when (the Keltham subcontinuity of) planecrash ends. Epilogues and omake are not included.
