Going against big run schedule, anticipating frostyfest 2 mid to end of december, possibly Dec 29-31

 upon the announcement of a Splatfest set to take place in Splatoon 3 during December 2023. A Splatfest that only occurs on one day in December - e.g. one that starts in November and ends on December 1 - is sufficient for a YES resolution.

 upon the announcement that the next Splatfest is set to take place in 2024, or NO upon the date reaching December 31 if no Splatfest has been announced by then.

The Splatfest must be an official Nintendo one - fan Splatfests don't count.

If Splatfests are ended permanently for some reason, this market resolves as NO.
