I'm trying to hit the gym more often by going to the weight lifting classes. They are about an hour long and are a major workout for all muscle groups. I really enjoy it but haven't been in a while.
I used to go in the evenings at 5:30pm but that time no longer works for me. Now, I am trying to go every Monday at 6:15am before school but the timing is tight: between putting my equipment away, showering, getting dressed, driving home, and walking to the train station, every minute counts. I did the whole Monday morning routine this week and it was a success. I arrived with four minutes to spare. (However note it was a fed. holiday so that might have affected traffic.)
If I do not make the Monday morning class on a given week, my other options are: same time Friday morning, Wednesday evening, or Sunday morning at 7:30am.
Resolves no if a whole week goes by where I do not attend any body pump class. Each week is Mon-Sun, starts the week of Feb. 27, and the last week is the week of April 10. Resolves yes otherwise.
